Week 2: Identify the Steps
Week 2 is all about focusing on the GAP and what it will take to close it. In this course we will always start with the end goal and teach the technique of backward engineering it to fill the GAP. This is important because mose people become incapacitated when looking at their current situation and goals. The space in between is often hard to fill and understand. Despite getting clear on the GAP and what it will take to get to your goal there will be things that will go wrong and the path may be diverted which will be addressed.
Week 1: Find the GAP
In week 1 you will learn the essence of creating goals with the outcome in mind. Goals will be backward-engineered so that the desired outcome is always the focus. Learning how to delegate and manage time through time blocking is an essential piece of accomplishing goals. Take physical inventory of your business in the sense of what is working and use techniques to expand on these areas whereas finding what is not working and replace those areas with something else. Your GAP will not close unless you get crystal clear about your story and message.
Week 3: Take Action
Week 3 is all about putting in action what you have planned out to move through the GAP. You will practice what is working and learn new skills that replace what is not working. You will focus on the small daily habits that will move the needle versus trying to take a huge leap that may take some time to accomplish. This week you will feel the confidence in your message and learn how to put it on repeat where you don’t get tired of hearing yourself like a broken record.
Week 4: Evaluation
Week 4 will teach you how to keep track of the areas that are foundational in your business through a personalized document you will create. Taking this document that will show you the areas to expand upon will help you continue moving forward in your business. Lastly, you will take time to reflect how you’ve grown over the last 4 weeks and how to continue growing.
